AL!VE seeks dynamic, experienced professionals to serve as AL!VE Academy Presenters. These volunteers develop and deliver engaging online presentations on advanced topics in volunteer engagement, helping to strengthen the field and support professional growth.

What You'll Do

As an AL!VE Academy Presenter, you’ll:

• Propose an advanced topic relevant to volunteer engagement
• Develop and deliver a live, interactive webinar
• Collaborate with an AL!VE representative on planning and feedback
• Use polls, discussion, and action steps to engage attendees
• Promote your session within your own networks

Potential presentation topics include:

• New research and innovations in volunteerism
• Translating research into practice
• Creative program models and engagement strategies
• Volunteer advocacy and leadership development
• Tools and resources for volunteer engagement professionals

Time Commitment

• Planning call (1 hour)
• Content development & practice (varies)
• Webinar presentation (1.5 hours)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience training or facilitating
• Expertise in the volunteer engagement field
• Ability to work independently and accept feedback
• Webinar presenting experience (a plus!)
